The Design And Realization Of Information Management Platform For University Students And Staff Based On Web

In recent years, the higher education in our country has experienced a transformation from elite education to popular education. With the expansion of university scale and the year-by-year increase of university students and staff, the burden of management is becoming heavier than ever before. It is the core and an inevitable trend to construct an information management platform for the benefits of university students and staff so as to realize the high efficiency, accuracy and standardization of university management. To tackle these problems, this thesis, combining the current situation of Shandong Youth University of Political Science, designs and develops a comprehensive information management platform for university students and staff. This thesis can be divided into three parts.Firstly, this thesis reviews the paper report and the data information concerning the management of university students and staff in different functional departments and secondary colleges and analyzes the professional and functional needs of the comprehensive information management platform. Based on the current situation and future objective of university management, this thesis presents the flow of information management and describes the basic function and unsettled problems of the functional modules of the subsystem of student and staff information managements, which include basic information management, course management, score management, professional title grading management and accessing management.Secondly, this thesis constructs a three-layer B/S platform structural system based on data presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer, designs the overall frame model of platform, describes the designing plan of the relative functional module and offers case analysis, key class description and database structure in detail.Lastly, this thesis explores the application of ADO.NET technology to assess database. By applying the ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2008internet database, this thesis realizes the function of platform system and offers the functional flow chart and some codes of important modules.In conclusion, the information management platform based on Web for university students and staff designed and developed in this thesis will be of great aid in realizing the high efficiency, accuracy and standardization of university management.
