SMS has become industry application from personal communication entertainment to industrial applications. Compared to the previous two communication tools, telephone and e-mail, text messaging as a new office tools no doubt have a greater fashion, convenience and economy. Due to many daily trifles of towns of Shijiazhuang City, they need to design a Message Office System to meet the needs of the information construction of each town of Shijiazhuang City.Firstly, this article uses use case diagram and package diagram to show the functions of township organization management module, township organization application statistics module, layout maintenance module, system management module, data management module, customer care management module and text messaging application module through different functions of different login sides by object-oriented analysis methods and the thesis describes each function in detail. After the analysis of use case, it shows the functional design of the system with the understanding of functions which the system needs to achieve, it uses J2EE platform to achieve architecture design and SQLServer2005to achieve database design, and establishes a set of scalability of system development framework. It shows business class, data model class and control class of some functions in detail after determining the functional and technical architecture and meanwhile, it uses timing diagram to describe the calling relationship among the classes. And according to the business module, it displays the design of data module, and then it describes the database table structure. In the stage of system realization, it describes the operation environment of the system, and shows functions display of the implementation of the system, and finally describe the implementation of the system.It tightly integrated into Message Office System through advanced platform technology and design architecture, the operation of the system basically meet the needs of users, and realizes he needs of the district-level managers and township managers, the system achieves the functions such as system management, data management, customer care, messaging applications, layout maintenance and application statistics. It not only extends the township’s services, but also greatly improves the visibility of the township government and office efficiency within the township government.The Realization of Town Message Office System of Shijiazhuang City achieves the perfect combination of the powerful network functionality with convenient SMS, which makes the services of government agencies expanding and extending and meets the requirements of information, personalization and mobile-oriented about government agencies. |
