Accelerating the adoption of the digital home to the people in real life, there’s still lackof typical application that people are willing to pay. On the other hand, the IMS is becomingthe preferred network architecture for future large-scale telecom operators to provide nextgeneration IP services. Operators in order to avoid to become a pipeline builders, but advanceto the smiling curve at both sides of the industrial chain of high value-added services.Operators urgently introduce a number of value-added services of killer classes to makenetwork building develop into value-added stages of the service operating.In the field of education, although the degree of information technology teachingmethods constantly improve, derived from many of the typical applications of distanceeducation, interactive whiteboard, but failed to improve the interaction. Leave the classroom,there are obvious aspects of the vacuum in the family education. Parents either do not haveenough time or knowledge structure to help children learning, even if the voicecommunication to discuss between the students and teachers, but also not intuitive.Based on the practical limitations in the field of education, the development trends ofIMS network and exploration for the value-added services in digital home. This subjectdevelops a set of interactive education system for IMS-based digital home, aims to establishan interaction education and resource sharing platform for student-students and teacher-student.The system is based on the digital home Internet interworking technology, making avariety of devices in the family self-organized into a shared network, and achieve amulti-screen interactive. Any terminal equipped with a family of interactive educationalsoftware, such as the hard IMS SIP terminal, mobile phones, tablet PCs, notebook, PC and soon can be interoperability of real-time sharing of information and resources. Terminal devicesaccess the IMS network, and interactive with other families or web platform formation inlearning discussion groups, and share educational resources.This project realizes basic interactive educational functions successfully, such as: the whiteboard, instant messaging, voice communications, data import and save, learninginformation convenient sharing between the family. The system allows multiplayer builddiscussion groups via login authentication. With the core interactive educational software,people can communicate the same learning problem by drawing discussion, real-time textchat, interactive voice communications on the terminal touch screen. Besides above, studentsalso can discuss exchange and sharing of learning materials. This subject also build aninteractive educational system server, which is used for saving login information, groupinformation, user information, teaching materials, and secure authentication and encryption.After the system testing and analysis, the subject’s system functions basically achieved.This system has greatly increased the learning exchange interaction and visual effects, andconvenient sharing of learning materials. This system has a certain amount of businessprospects. Digital family education applications of this research can be used as the IMSvalue-added services to commercial operation.
