With the development of the Internet, the simple exchange of text can’t satisfy thecommunication of the network of people, video interactive mode has become a new type ofInternet communication model.The traditional online video broadcast system, users can only passively watch the videofrom it, in order to let the user from the object into the subject, this thesis realize a video taginteractive system base on user intention. The user can send tag information to interact withother users at the process of watching video through the system. The user can set a taginformation at a location in the video, sent to other users, and can also set tag information forthe entire video, for other users to retrieve.Firstly, this paper studied technology of tag system, analyzed the strategy of the maturetext tag system and tag technology of online video broadcast system. This thesis presentedmore comprehensive video tag interaction models: one is specific point tag interactive mode,the other one is global tag interactive mode through combination of both excellent strategiesand complementing the inadequacies.Secondly, according to the tags retrieval videos, this paper put forward a strategy ofcombining the inverted index, boolean model and vector space model(VSM). Inverted indexcan accelerate the search speed, and the boolean model and vector space model can rank theretrieval results. Experimental prove that inverted index search speed is about400times morethan the database retrieval, and the retrieval result conforms to the user demand thoughboolean model and vector space model working together.Thirdly, The thesis designed two kinds of recommendation strategy base on tags: Videohot tags recommendation strategy, Video collaborative filtering recommendation strategies.This thesis make full use of the tags, generated user-oriented recommendation, greatlyenhance the user experience.Finally this thesis use hierarchical structure design idea for system designing, The systemarchitecture is divided into three layers: the business layer, the message layer andcommunication layer. Development work of each layer can independently finish. The systemhas high expansibility and clear framework. The thesis developed the video tag interactivesystem, and showed the experiment results, verified the feasibility and effectiveness of systemafter testing, realized the combination of theory and practice.
