The main feature of the information age is information transmission speed,informationtransmitting and receiving apparatus are electronic device,the electronic device without exception areapplied filter.While the filter directly decides the quality of information transmission,so design anddevelopment high working frequency,good temperature stability,small size,light weight,little nonlinearerror,on sensitivity low filter,not only can improve the filter noise reduction capabilities,enhance the filterintegration degree,also can expand the filter applications,the advancement of electronic communicationindustry to develop to depth.Based on the novel active device linear electric adjustable operational transconductance amplifier(EOTA) as the carrier,by analyzing the common operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) method tobuild EOTA.On the analysis of two order active filter design based on lot of method,put forward to use newdevice EOTA design universal two order filter,to achieve the traditional filter in nonlinear error,temperaturestability and frequency and other aspects of performance improvement.At the same time in order toimprove the filter precision,proposed the fractional high order filter design method.It is known from Highorder filter theory,and compared with ideal filter that in the pass band high order has betterapproximation,at the critical point conversion frequency band is narrow,steep drop effect is good,within thestop band attenuation is better.So build high order active filter based on two order filter circuit throughdigital cascade method with new active device,thereby improving the filter resolution.Based on thedetailed analysis of Oustaloup algorithm the improved and its optimal algorithm is put forward.Finallychoose the the order more close to the real transfer function model.This design realizies the High Order Fractional filter based on Oustaloup algorithm.The experimental results show that EOTA has a higher frequency and better linearity,realizationof EOTA filter’s center frequency,Q and passband gain external orthogonal adjustable,the nonlinear errorreduces to0.54%,reducing the circuit sensitivity of passive and active components,improving theintegration of front-end circuit chip,especially for reducing the filter’s noise has a very good effect.UseEOTA to build a filter overcomes OTA build filter’s shortcomings adjustable range small,highsensitivity.This filter can be used in high noise requirements,infrared receiving and filteringcircuit.Fractional high order filter implementate based on the integer order filter,although it to higher orderfor the price,but to the current theory it is the best method of fractional order filter.The simulation resultsshow that the ratio of integer order in approximation effect is closer to the ideal situation.
