For all walks of business management, cloud computing means that breakthrough-type innovation of the combination of IT and business. It can turn IT into productivity, and promote the innovation of the business model, leading the enterprise to develop a business blue ocean; growing of complex system and network applications, and enterprise increasingly be particular about IT return on investment and social responsibility of new competition environment, in a constantly changing business environment and adjust the industrial chain, cloud computing can bring enormous business opportunities and competitive advantage for enterprise development.At present, in cloud computing system development and industrialization process, the most urgent technical problems to solve problems is reliability, followed by energy consumption issues. Laissez-faire excessive energy consumption will seriously affect the future of sustainable development, in order to prospects for the development of enterprises, almost all sectors are committed to internal restructuring, in order to reduce energy consumption and its associated waste disposal costs. In this regard, we need to find an energy-saving scheduling algorithms to effectively reduce energy consumption. This paper presents a cut down the consumption of energy of resource scheduling optimization, which allows jobs are migrated immediately after they operate period of time, and migration is used to unbalance the load between the Cloud nodes, aggregating the load on fewer nodes and switch off the other ones. By switch idle nodes to release the unused resource can achieves more energy-efficient. The results also show the proposed resource scheduling optimization algorithm can effectively reduce energy consumption, improving the system performance.
