The Reserch Of Simulation Training System Environment Based On OPC Technology

The computer simulation training techniques has been widely used recentyears in the industrial and living areas. It combines many subjects such assoftware simulation, communication interface, real-time technology, dataanalysis, graphic display knowledge. It uses the computer to carry on thetraining of personnel with high efficiency, low cost, short cycle etc advantagesand has more and more the industry use. So the simulation training softwarehas important practical significance in the overall structure and supportingenvironment.The main work of this paper is based on a rail transit realization of thesimulation training system. Through detailed analysis of simulation trainingsystem, this paper proposed the general design of simulation training system.The system uses industry standard OPC specify the system interface as datainteractive method，provides unified standards for each sub-module, at thesame time the OPC technology also brought convenient for system extension.Through the summary of data structure characteristics of the simulationtraining system. This paper puts forward the comprehensive use of memoryand disk database of database method to establish the support of the system operation training data management center. The whole system uses C/Sstructure to realize. Using Microsoft Visual C++6.0as development platform,SQLite memory for data storage, and Microsoft SQLServer2000for disk datastorage, this paper realized an integrated simulation data management system.The simulation training platform realized the actual training process ofvirtualization, through the actual operation proved that it can complete thesimulation of the practical site operation scene, stable, friendly interface,highly general, and has obtained good training effect.
