With the development of mobile communications and rapid increase-ment of indoor business, due to the factors such as the insertion loss,macro basestations are weak for coverage of the indoor area,but the femtocell can effectively deal with these problems. The research and design ofTD-LTE femtocell is based on a multi-core DSP, and this paper has conductedthe uplink simulation link structures, studied some key algorithms andlastly implemented some modules based on the hardware platform.The simulation link determines the algorithm model and can be seenas the reference of follow-up hardware implementation. Based on the TD-LTE femtocell, this paper designed and implemented the transmitter andreceiver chains for uplink such as PUSCH and PUCCH links, and somealgorithms were optimized considering the characteristics of the hardwareplatform, and at last the functionality and performance of the entire linkwas tested and simulated.The key technologies of TD-LTE femtocell physical layer includemultiple access technologies, channel estimation technology, and channelerror correction coding and decoding technology. First this paper analyzedthe PAPR of SC-FDMA and OFDMA technologies, and studied the influence of the performance in the receiver system brought by reducingthe PAPR, and the result is guiding significance for the choice of ADC/DAC bit wide. In the conditions of non-sampling interval,as the error floorof BER brought by the DFT-based channel estimation algorithm, so thealgorithm was improved.The method of combination of improved methodand wavelet denoising improved channel estimation performance andantijamming capability of the system. In the blocking decoding, based onconsiderations of accuracy and hardware complexity, this paper proposeda block decoding algorithm based on the fast Hadamard transform, andcompared the performance with the exhaustively decoding method.Finally, based on multi-core DSP platform,part of PUCCH receivermodule was designed, and the time delay performance was tested andanalyzed of the block decoding module. Compared with exhaustivelymethod, the block decoding method based on fast Hadamard transform notonly saved storage space, but also had a great improvement in time delay.
