This paper studies a type of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks of neutral type and two classes of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with delays. Some new sufficient conditions are derived for the existence, uniqueness and GES (or GAS) of the equilib-rium point for systems. The paper is divided into five chapters. Main contents are as follows:Chapter two is about a class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks of neutral type. By applying Homeomorphism theory and inequality technique, some sufficient condi-tions are derived for the existence, uniqueness of the equilibrium point for system (2.1). Then applying linear matrix inequality technique and Lyapunov functional, some new sufficient conditions are derived for the global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point for system (2.1).Chapter three is about a class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with delays. New sufficient conditions arc derived by using inequality technique for the global ex-ponential stability results for the system.Chapter four is also about a class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks. By the similar way used in chapter2. some new sufficient conditions are derived for the exis-tence, uniqueness and GES of the equilibrium point for the system. In the fifth chapter, two examples and their simulations are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
