The velocity of the solid-state fluid is an important parameter in many industrial systems, but there is not a measurement which is both simple and effective, Therefore, the study to slove this problem has important practical significance. Based on the rapid development of close-range photogrammetry and digital image processing technology, a non-contact measurement for solid-state fluid velocity is possible.The paper has discussed the current situation and development of fluid measurement techniques at home and abroad, and proposed a velocity measurement method of solid-state fluid based on close-range photogrammetry techniques and template matching;Direct linear transformation is used to solve the conversion between absolute coordinates and pixel coordinates. At first lay a rectangular on the fluid surface,then detect the four pixel coordinates of the angles of its digital picture to calculate the1parameter;This paper has proposed a hybrid genetic algorithm which has combined the adaptive genetic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm,and used it in template matching.it overcome the prematurity of genetic algorithm and its temple matching results are very good; This paper has used an embedded platform to complete the acquisition and transmission of the image data,built a platform software development environment, developed some application software of image acquisition and transmission; It has developed PC sofeware of hybrid genetic algorithm-based template matching, the coordinate conversion in VC.This paper has used hybrid genetic algorithm-based template matching and close-range photogrammetry as the theoretical basis and embedded platform as development environment, developed a set of solid-state fluid flow photogrammetric system, the practical application has showed the feasibility of the system.
