With the rapid development of3D industry at home and abroad. The3D hardware development is like a raging fire, but the source of TV has become a major bottleneck of the development of3D industry. This article focuses on the monocular video format with depth information of3D TV system that proposed by the companies such as Philips. It works by extracting original monocular camera video monocular depth information, and turns the ordinary monocular video into3D format.This article based on the monocular video with depth information format3D TV system. This article introduced the application of depth map in a stereoscopic video firstly, introduced four element that has been applied to the field of image processing in recent decades, and it makes the color pixel of the three components in color images can be considered comprehensively. In this paper, based on inter-frame matching motion estimation of depth information acquisition technique, put the monocular motion video as a prospect in the background of a series of projection image. Through the separation of the foreground and background, and calculate the depth information finally. In this paper, the method of the prospect of moving vector calculation is presented with a multidirectional and multistage space Quaternion-Gabor phase coherent block matching method. In a two-dimensional spatial image signal can be decomposed into amplitude and phase, and the phase part carrying the main image information. When you using the phase part and phase block matching method, the brightness of the image information can only lead to amplitude variation and the phase information is not affected. Therefore, the result will be more accurate and the obtained depth information is also more accurate with using the method of matching.The requirements of depth map recovery parallax image are:1) the boundary in the depth map must be alignment with the object’s original image;2) the object and its background in depth map should be as uniform as possible and smoothing. This article is about the Bilateral filtering with the characteristic of edge preserving and devoicing properties on the depth chart for subsequent filtering.
