With the expansion and prevalence of financial certification, problems of financial security have been springing up. The question of how to guarantee information security and to accurately recognize personal identify has gradually become a principal concern in the financial certification field.In the biometric identification technology, biological features are characterized by innateness, uniqueness, stability and antifalsification. Therefore, it has gradually become a mainstreaming option in the identity recognition technology.The thesis illustrates several biometric identification technologies and analyses some relevant key technologies with the introduction to evaluation index, in the hope of providing technological guarantee for financial security certification. From the perspective of system, the thesis proposes the design of how to construct a system of financial security certification. Also, it presents some measures to improve the overall performance of biometric identification system by the organic combination of fingerprint features with iris features. And the measures include the following things:image diagonal transform, two-dimension discrete cosine transform, feature standardization and feature combination, two-dimensional principal component analysis. Based on the biometric identification technology, the thesis further puts forward a scheme of how to construct a stable and reliable financial security certification.The study can benefit the development of biometric identification technology. It can also expand a wide range of applications in the financial security certification field, improve the status quo of financial certification and enhance the goal of financial security certification...
