Different from the Lyapunov stability, Finite time stability and control can reflect the transient performance of the actual system. So, recently, the study of the finite time control has become very popular.Though the network forms the feedback control system, which is also known as network control system. In this system, the controlled object, the controller and the drive is connected through a common network platform. This network-based control mode comparing to the traditional point-point control mode, has many advantages, such as share information resources, easier expansion, easier maintenance, higher efficiencv higher availability and more flexibility. However network bandwidth is always limited. Therefore, the data packets in the network transmission inevitably competition for resources and which can cause the network congestion and other phenomena, even data transmission delay, packet loss and so on. these non-ideals state may cause the system performance badly, even cause system instability, the network control system analysis and design has been also studied.Firstly, a class of linear continuous systems with delay-independent is considered in this paper. Using the Lyapunov function, finite-time H∞performance analysis is considered and the sufficient conditions are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Then, finite-time H∞control of the systems is considered, a sufficient condition for its solvability is given. An example illustrates effectiveness of the proposed method. Secondly, under network delay this non-ideal network condition, a constant time-delay is introduced in the continuous-time system model and finite-time H∞control for networked control system with delay-independent is considered in this paper. Firstly, based on linear continuous networked control system with bounded disturbances, studying the finite-time H∞problems of the networked control system with both sensor to the controller and controller to actuator has delay. Using the Lyapunov function, finite-time H∞performance analysis is concerned and sufficient conditions are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Then, finite-time H∞control of the systems is considered, a sufficient condition for its solvability is given. An example illustrates effectiveness of the proposed method.
