Jiangxi portal system is one of the subsystems of E-port platform.The purpose of establishing the Jiangxi portal system is to collect the information and unified display.The portal system is an electronic port window.It is not a simple website, but an internal and external service system. It provides a series of standards, plannings, interfaces and windows. This system is based on Java and B/S architecture. The main functions of this system are information management, user management, permissions management, log management and opportunity management.This thesis is designed and implemented based on J2EE and Struts-Spring-Hibernate framework. In this thesis, the following work has been done:1.It summarizes and analyzes the present situation of E-port at home and abroad its. Then, the key technologies which are used in the design and implementation of E-port are also summarized.2. The needs analysis of Jiangxi E-Port system has been done. The key subsystems of this system are information management subsystem、log management subsystem、business management subsystem and advertising management subsystem. They are analysed by its functions.And the using case diagrams of all the subsystem are given.3. This thesis finishes the overall design and the detailed design of the four subsystems, and gives the module division of each subsystem. Finally, the security of the system is also been taken into account.4. Jiangxi E-port system has been realized. Meanwhile, this thesis provides detailed analysis of the sequence diagrams, list of procedures, data structures and the realization of the interfaces of each subsystem. While the information management system is divided into four modules, and each module is realized based on the scientific design.5. Functional tests of this E-port system is carried on.The results show that this system runs smoothly.
