The Application Of The Adaboost In Rmb Number Recognition

The aim of RMB number identified is utilizing "optical character recognitiontechnology"(the OCR) recognize English letters and Arabic numerals of them. Now,the AdaBoost algorithm and its application largely focus on classification while someregression problems during recent years. Application of AdaBoost family of their mainsolution: the two types of problems, many types of single-label problems, multi-classmulti-label problems, single-label problem categories, regression problem. It uses all thetraining samples for learning.The purpose of this project is to verify whether or not the target detectionalgorithm based on AdaBoost can real-time identify the RMB number correctly underthe condition that background or the light may be changed.This thesis briefly introduces the research background, significance and method;then introduce the research status, and the Adaboost learning algorithm; then tells theAdaboost algorithm in RMB number identification; article Finally, the software testenvironment, test method, the test proved that the results of software testing, at lastdiscuss problems in the system and the next step.
