With the economic and technological development, the use of computers in a veryshort period of time are popular, and tens of thousands of enterprises are increasinglydependent on computers, the emergence of the computer has greatly affected andchanged human life, information technology gives us an unprecedented shock, thecompany computer system for all departments require more detailed, informationsecurity, intellectual property has become a topic of concern of many enterprises wasput on the agenda. Information technology support department has been facing the morework and challenges, most of the information technology support department still installcomputer systems manually, manual configuration of the system, office automationlevel is not high, which greatly affected the efficiency.This thesis was aimed at this need to develop an automatically install operationsystem and configuration under Wndows XP. A software which can install operationsystem automatically, the software can help information technology support departmentto complete the automated computer system installation, system and softwareconfiguration, and security configuration, and help to add computer to domain server,and help to record necessary information for these softwares which have a limitedlicense. There is no doubt that can greatly improve efficiency of information technologysupport department, cost savings, but also the management of resources more effective,more security guarantees.Research and implementation of this project to solve the information technologysupport office automation is not high, improve the company’s information security, andtrack the management of license of software, the installation of the operating system forinformation technology support department provides a set of scientific and rationalprogram.
