The technology of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is widely used due tothe high degree of traceability. Broadly speaking, any RFID system must include thefollowing components: recognition device, identification of terminal (including networkstructure component), data processing system and information feedback system.RFID technology has important applications in disposable medical devicemanufacturing industry, which is closely related to the feature of that industry, such as awide range of product with small size, high standard of quality, high-speed–tagidentification scene and multi-tag identification scene. These features determined that theRFID system must take the particularity into consideration.This paper discussed the particularity of disposable medical devices industry anddesigned a monitoring system for the production process based on the characteristics ofthe RFID application system.The practical application showed that the system improved the level of monitoringthe process of producing disposable medical devices and got better value for economicbenefits. It also has a positive significance of improving the level of management andeconomic benefits.
