With the introduction of relevant national policies,"Green Campus", and "Digital Campus" have started, and security products and applications on campus are more and more, including almost all aspects of security products. More and more colleges choose scientific, effective technologies as an important means of protection of campus security, and some cities even made this a mandatory requirement to ensure campus safety. In the macro level, as part of social security, colleges’safety directly related to the stability of the whole society, and directly related to well-being of families. Caused by the accident children are numerous family tragedies, building a harmonious campus accordingly be building a harmonious society. To the micro level, colleges’safety incidents directly affect the physical and mental development of students. In most cases, accidents will not only hurt the students physically, but also endanger their mental health, and even lasting negative impact. Therefore, the prevention of colleges’safety incidents, dispersion over this haze, cleaning physical and mental development of students are urgent for each educator to consider.Obtaining the integration of campus resources and making some information management into a unified information platform are the target of building "digital campus". So, we can prompt the management efficiency, and abate the burden of management.Many colleges had started to design the uni-card system under this background. the most advanced automatic identification technology-RFID is applied to uni-card system. We contract the RFID terminal subsystem by way of RFID in some fields of campus management. We integrated the all terminal subsystem by the campus network as information platform.We introduce the RFID system and all functions, as well as the characteristics of ARM basic theory in this paper. The campus card system is descripted with the characteristics of the application, and backbone card-based information platform to build on the management system for a typical application system is designed. Finally, we analyzed the uni-card system for the selection of radio-frequency, the design for reader, anti-collision and other key technologies.
