Information is a kind of effective resource; more and more attention is paid to theproblem of how to use such resources and how to use such resources effectively. With thedevelopment of information technology, database technology and enterprise managementsoftware technology emerged. Those technologies are widely used in more and moreenterprises. With the growth of the Agricultural Bank of regular storage business, theinformation technology decisions for regular storage management are put on the agenda.Currently, Agricultural Bank’s regular storage system has been unable to meet theneeds of development. To improve service levels, and make regular storage systemdevelopment and scientific decision-making, a regular storage system analysis functionof regular storage management information system need to build.In this paper, we do some researches about Agricultural Bank’s regular storage systembased on data analysis, like the research status, the problem of Agricultural Bank’sregular storage system and so on. We propose a regular storage system solution based onthe demand analysis. In the design phase, we design the database and other systemfunctions. The method of software engineering and analysis the framework and databasedesign, several examples in the design and implementation are token to introduce thedevelopment process, such as examples during the requirements analysis, UML modeldesigning and the design and implement of interface part.On the ground of method and process of software development, this paper focuses onthe special needs of regular storage, analyses the design and implementation of regularstorage based on requirements analysis. In this paper, the system uses a MVC designmethod to realize a three-tier model development to the WINDOWS XP operatingplatform for network. In the course of development, the new technology of Flex、J2EE、Hibernate are adopted, Web RAD as development tools, and DB2as databasedevelopment.The completion of the system will improve the management level and efficiency ofAgricultural Bank of periodic storage business effectively, to conduct a detailed internalanalysis of customer data, provide an effective decision support for excavation of good customers, and accordingly find the target customer groups. In addition, the system alsocontains some necessary basic functional modules to achieve a visual interactiveinterface, but also to ensure the security of the underlying data.
