The Design And Implementation Of The Virescence Management Information System

According to the concept of constructing green ecological port first mentioned from countrywide, Tianjin Port gradually increase the investment of virescence construction recently, and the construction dimensions expands, the green space became larger. In2010,200million RMB was invested in virescence, and one million km2green space was built. Since2010, the area of road green space, corperation green space, garden green space, sight green space and etc. is4.598million km2, virescence covered area is4.99million, the rate of green space increased to12per, and the rate of virescence cover increased to13per. To2020, the rate of virescence cover will rise to22per, the port will be a modern port which has a beauty environment in deed. Along with the increasing of the job of virescence, as the administration department, Tianjin port environment and hygienism management centre, has detect that the collection, gathering and analyzing on virescence information, such as green space information management, daily maintenance, project management, correlative law and researching, using EXCEL or WORD was not suitable for state of affairs. Choke point appeared in work efficiency and security. So the mind of resolving the problem by using management information system came out.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of the virescence management information system, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case.According to the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design. Based on the system requirements, this paper puts up the system design goals and principles, and then separately discusses the technology and functional structures. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system.And then analyses each layer’s function. In the functional structure, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a dynamic system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this system Based on the detailed design, this paper introduces each parts’implementation, and puts forward the system result pictures.Finally, this paper introduces the system test, and particularly analyzes the environment and the progress of load test. This paper simply introduces the applicating situation, and make a suggestion for improvement.In conclusion, based on the business requirements, this paper designs and implements the virescence management information system.
