| The construction of the semantic knowledge base is always one of the most important fieldsof semantic web technology. From the beginning of the1990’s，the focus of syntactic Analysishas gradually shifted to the construction of ontologic,and the new methods is appeared andavailable.Whether to the information retrieval and recommendation,semanticrepresentationsystem is the essential foundation resources in all these applications.This thesis first gave the description of Folksonomy and Wikipedia on which the wholesystem and the semantic system are based. Then，we introduce the overall system architecture ofthe semantic knowledge base.The ensuing chapter introduces the Folksonomy designing theories and Wikipedia semanticknowledge banks, which is the base of the mobile semantic knowledge base, their descriptionthesis includes many aspects,involving both classified relation and synonyms,similar relations.From the actual needs of the syntactic knowledge，the paper designed the structure ofsemantic knowledge bank. The bank is composed of word library, semantic collocation library,class library and maintaince subsystem, by using the Folksonomy label to build a temporarysemantic knowledge base,and map the label into the Wikipedia word to get the relationship ofthe semantic knowledge.In the end,by the testing of the project of app zone, the effection of the mobile applicationsemantic knowledge base is avalable and useful. |
