With the development of the science and technology, geospatial data has been increasingly applied in our daily lives. And as a kind of special information resources, it is an inevitable trend to transport exchange and share them through the network, that is why it is required by us to select a specific method to protect its security. Information hiding technology can solve this problem better, so remote sensing image information hiding technology is essential to us.Based on the theory of information hiding, this paper study its branches-steganography and the of airspace and transform domain steganography algorithms in-depth, meanwhile considering the technical requirements of the remote sensing image information hiding and the characteristics of remote sensing images it propose an advanced color remote sensing image information hiding algorithm which is based on Arnold transform and Chaotic Encryption and it is a wavelet domain algorithm. Firstly, use Arnold transform and chaotic encryption to encrypt confidential information, which can ensure the security of information further, then use the information hiding algorithm based on DWT transform to hide the confidential information in the pseudo-remote sensing images, which can achieve the purpose of the protection of confidential information, lastly a simulation experiment is used to exam the embedded algorithm of confidential information, and obtains a good effect.In order to protect the security of the confidential information better, this article introduced the concept of permissions into the remote sensing images. Confidential information which is in the remote sensing image can have different states to show for different users, meanwhile, considering the principle and the nature of the multi-permissions remote sensing image information hiding, this paper proposes an advanced image fusion algorithm which is based on multi-band wavelet transform and used to generate vector objects, in order to achieve the information hiding of remote sensing images which have multi-permissions. Multi-band wavelet used in the algorithm, and after the transformation the high frequency information is considered, so this method can reduce the losses of the picture information during the image processing, thus it can ensure the value of the remote sensing images, and finally the simulation experiment results show the effectiveness of the algorithm, and the experiment achieves the purpose of the protection of confidential information.
