With the changing times and the technological improvements,most of the system in reallife is more and more complex, engaged in the system of the stability problem research scholarshave proposed a huge challenge. In this dissertation, it is on the previous research, and on thebasis of the main research with interval of uncertain time-delay system stability and stabilizationproblem.First, this chapter presents the first two the related delay stability and stabilization problemof the theory and research method, and introduces the related knowledge of this paper needs.Second, in the third chapter, it analyze the stability problem of uncertain systems withinterval time delay. Build a new Lyapunov function with the triple integral, and combine withthe nature of the inequality method and the convex combination, the stability conditions ofuncertain systems given in the forms of linear matrix inequalities.Again, in the third chapter bases, it researches the stabilization problem of uncertainsystems with delay. Controller is designed and make the closed-loop system is asymptoticallystable.Finally, summed up the main work, and make the outlook of the research question.
