Partime-Job-Based Access Control Policy Repository Management System

The traditional part-job procedure is worked by manual and paper work in using VFP, EXCEL and so on, thus, there is no professional software for part-job work manage system. In such old kind of procedure, there are many flaws, such as low levels in data security, bad operation in multi users concurrent, disunity in data forms and lacking combination between software and work in reality. As the work of part-job for students keeps development and the number of students for demands is increasing, it is a bad choice to collect categories of data in sum, count, and maintenance with the original ways of manual records, and it gets wrong easily in content and timing, it also has difficulties in data management, collecting, querying and sharing data with other manage software. Obviously, the traditional way has been far away from the demands recently, so a new system with new models would be a better choice for right now. This paper is based on the demand, sets up a part-job system for students in B/S model. The whole system has developed successfully and been in use, which can save a large amount of manual labour, material and financial resources for TYUT’s work in partime-job, so that make it standardization, coordination, systematization and no paper for work.At the beginning of designing this system, the author takes a thought of strategy database which is part of trusted network connection and a connection pool of database which is based on C3P0. Take a consideration of this, when the system works on line for real, it can storage all the information of students and other apartments in school, if the information get leak or attacked by network, there would be an unpredictable loss for students and school, therefore, the most important thing is keeping the system work in safety. And the connection pool of database in trusted network connection is the right way to solve such kind of problems. On the other hand, after the system runs officially, its pages view and amount of concurrent will be enormous when used by the whole school. To solve this problem, so that assuring it working in busy time, the author use the connection pool of database in trusted network connection.This paper takes the system of part time-job for TYUT for example, after its running for a whole year, to prove the view that trusted network connection can be feasible application of WEB system.
