UML as the modeling language standard, get much attention. The analysisshows that the UML graphics can be used in complex needs and functions of agraphical, simplified, structured, and support from the analysis and design to thewhole process of modeling and code implementation. UML model,use case diagram,state diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram, is a powerful tool forcustomer requirements analysis and system design. Unified Modeling Language has awell-defined, easily expressed, powerful features, support functional testing ofsoftware development from requirements analysis to the whole process, in future itwill replace the existing software development tools, accounting for dominantposition.So UML research is very necessary.This paper first analyzed the main content of the UML modeling, described theadvantages of the UML design of software systems, introduced Rhapsody as UMLdevelopment tools, focusing on how to use the UML about software design andapplication to the instance of the design development of the air disinfection systems.
