As development of new technology and millions production of force sensor, traditionalorce standard machine cannot meet new demands in performance. Many force sensoractories pay attention to Lever amplification force standard machine because of its simpletructure、easy operation、high precision、low cost.Safety and operation of vehicle has been discussed lively in this stage. The precision oforce sensor influences vehicle dynamic and safety systems, so it is necessary to design aew lever amplification with higher precision、lower cost、more simple structure and higherfficiency than before.Traditional lever amplification force standard machine with a lever structure changeshe force on sensor by changing the weight. According to the lever theory and essay of a niceever amplification force generating device with changing the lever ratio, designing a forcemplification machine with structure of two levers. The device only has unique balance state.n other words it has one zero point that the force is zero. The sensor’s weight will notnfluence its unique balance. It simplifies structure、advances the efficiency、reduces theabor intensity and cost.The essay discusses how to improve the precision of the machine, and build dynamicodel analyzing the system. The dynamic model includes weight model and move-weightodel. It makes up the model to be material object. The device changes the weight levelosition of the main lever to make different force on sensor by vertical movement ofove-weight to balance the system.According to the force standard machine theory, it designs electronic control system.he heart of the system is6050control-card which can provide two control model ofosition and velocity. The position model is used in changing the weight level position and time.ADAM-4017transforms the electronic signal into digital signal which is calculated bycomputer recover the main lever balance. It could advance the efficiency by installing theposition switch.Reading lots of books about the design of Human Machine Interaction and Program, ituses VB software to build the control program meeting demands. User could input andmanipulate parameter on the conduction of screen’s information. It can show the state ofmachine and the trouble. It calculates data and prints experiment-list in style of MicrosoftExcel.On the basic of achievement, it makes experiment on the force sensor and copper columnwith a damped vibration or not. According to the result it can judge its performance.
