Radiotherapy-simulator is a very important medical equipment,with the development of economic and improvement of living standards,demands for health is increasingly high,and demands on the accuracy and reliaility of the radiotherapy simulator is ever-increasing. With the development of Power Electronics Technology、Microprocessor technology and the Theory of motor control, and the various software tools are emerging, the radiotherapy simulator’s digital control is possible.The content of this thesis is movement control system of radiotherapy simulator which use TMS320F2812as the control core.Firstly,analyze the advantages and feasibility of using TMS320F2812as movement control center, then design a TMS320F2812minimum system board.based on TMS320F2812minimum system, design a control board which is used to control the radiotherapy simulator’s head. Gives a detailed circuit diagram of the hardware,and designed the software.During software design,the digital PID control algorithms and digital filtering techniques is studied, then be realized with C language programming.This will not only ensure the stability and accuracy of the radiotherapy simulator,but also enhance anti-jamming capability of the it.Then introduce asynchronous motor vector control theory,build a simulation model of asynchronous motor vector control system using MATLAB/Simulink,and simulation results were analyzed to verify the validity of the theory of vector control.Based on TMS320F2812minimum system board and the vector control theory, take full advantage of TMS320F2812’s high-speed data processing capabilities,design a Asynchronous motor vector control system,which is used to drive Rotary motion of radiotherapy simulator’ Frame.After the completion of motion control systems of radiotherapy simulator,In order to monitor the running state of the radiotherapy simulator and system debugging, design a host computer measurement and control platform for radiotherapy simulator motion control system.This measurement and control platform is designed by LabVIEW,which programming in the form of the block diagram (G language).This is a significant reduction in development and debugging time,accelerate the progress of the project.Image of the host computer interface is beautiful,the block diagram is easy to read,and get a good debugging effect.
