Cartoon designing is a rising sun industry. Cartoon movie embraceslanguage ,sound, literature, static picture,dynamic animation and other all sorts ofemotional interactions, which promote the expressiveness and the attractiveness of thetheme. And it is well received by children. Cartoon is essential to educationalculture ,economic growth and developing right value for youngsters. Recently,Chinese cartoon industry has made a good progress and a number of cartoon worksfull of novelty are created. Cartoon movie is the most fascinating component incartoon industry. Three-dimensional cartoon movie is more authentic than traditionalcartoon. The Bolt ,Cars and Kong Fu Panda impress us profoundly, and we have ahappy time when watching these films. Unique and well-designed cartoon figurescontribute greatly to the entire movie.The key element of three-dimensional cartoon is the designing of cartoon figuremodels. The quality of three-dimensional cartoon model determines the effect ofthree-dimensional cartoon movie. It is proved that the reasonable models can ensureartistic expression and sense of reality of body movement after rendering frame byframe. The present method of designing is to draw manually in Maya or 3D Max andexported as obj file format, which is time-consuming and easily constrained by thelack of inspiration and inferior capability of the designers. Manual designing isexpensive because of excessive work load in large-scale group animation.As thementioned above, a fast and effective designing method is urgently needed forlarge-scale group animation.The author introduce the idea of computer aided design into three-dimensionalcartoon designing by mean of swarm intelligence algorithm , the theory of softwareopponent, computer aided color design and cooperative communication, with thepurpose of elevate the multiplex, novelty, effectiveness and the usability ofthree-dimensional cartoon model.A new model designing method is proposed. AS thereason mentioned above, these ideas are studied by the author.(1)A new binary-tree based interactive genetic algorithm is implemented intobatch-generating the component of cartoon figures, and the component is stored indatabase. (2)A new shuffled frog leaping algorithm is proposed .Through dynamic self-adaptiveadjusting leaping distance and random disturbing , the capability of escaping localoptimum and accuracy of searching is enhanced for the global optimum. The SFLA isused for creating new cartoon models.(3) HSF cooperation is used for modeling file transportation. The method ofmulti-expert grading is taken to balance each expert’s appreciation preference.A newway of self-studying adjusting expert’s weigh is proposed which lower the fitnessnoise obviously.(4)On the basis of current color harmonious theory ,RGB and HVC color model isregarded as fitness computing factor.
