Ultrasonic testing as one of the five testing methods, with non-ionizing radiation harmfulto humans, testing equipment is inexpensive and easy to carry, good directivity, etcadvantages. Because of ultrasound tomography imaging detection’s image can directlyreflects the composition of the internal object and its internal defect can be qualitative andquantitative analysis. So in nondestructive testing field it has wide application.In the Ultrasound tomography imaging detection process, there will be incomplete datacollection, great error and so many interference factors, according to these shortcomings, thispaper adopts the probes around type combination device. This combination device can avoidshape and difficulty to reconstruction algorithm’s problems, by adjusting the probe position,full range of specimen scanning and reading data, and then to carry out follow-up series ofwork.Against the ray theory for the ultrasonic spread in the media is often accompanied byrefraction phenomena, then introduction of the ray theory for the ultrasonic tomography. Inthe image reconstruction process, in order to avoid the defects with the ultrasonic accept oremission at the same position, lead to ray is difficult to steer clear of the defects then reducethe algorithm precision’s problem, this paper proposes around scanning method. Use of thepixels’ four straight line and sampling, use chromatography test system, combined with thecombined iteration algorithm iterative reconstruction, obtain more accurate data, thereconstruction result is more ideal.Image segmentation is based on the area is similarity or differences then segmenting theimage into several regions’ process. According to the characteristics of ultrasonic tomographyimages, this article through the conventional method of image segmentation research and analysis, by regional growing division method in using gray histogram to determine seedpoints’ inspiration, combined with the edge detection fuzzy C-means image segmentationalgorithm, similar with the regional growing method, according to the nearby physicsprinciple in the image’s closed edge search for the independent area and sort out the marginspots then complete image segmentation, through the experimental simulation getsegmentation results. By comparison, the suggested method has the best effect.After the design completed show that the new method of the ultrasonic tomographyimage segmentation is feasible, and the main advantage is simple and easy to realize. Throughthe study of this paper’s work, especially combined different segmentation methods with eachother, to get a new segmentation idea used in image segmentation research. There isfar-reaching significance in the ultrasound tomography image segmentation field.
