At present, women’s competition in the market can be said to be of various types of clothing in the most intense, anatomize can discover, Chinese women’s size is also limited to the regional cluster. In recent years, the B2C electronic commerce enterprise development was rapid, the numerous enterprises started to step in B2C this domain. Online shopping is the best means for the women’s clothing manufacturers to reduce the cost of sales, to expand the area of sales, breaking the geographical constraints.According to the characteristics and trends, this paper analyzes the early online shopping system in the B2C for Female clothing background. The paper also gives the details that how the system is accomplished and what the writer done in the whole developing work. The system has mainly provided users with the following functions: membership registrationn、shopping car management、goods search、information modify etc. It has also provided managers with goods management、customer information management、news management、ad management and so on. It has been designed with B/S mode of three-tier structure, using The Spring MVC Frame for Web. Spring, and many new technology is used, such as Velocity、Mysql、iBatis, and so on.The online shopping system is a response to women’s characteristics and combined with the existing situation of online shopping system and the design of electronic commerce platform. It can not only expand the business scale and market influence, and can reduce the operating costs of enterprises, improve work efficiency.
