Digital technology and network technology application in the field of publishing, digital multimedia information storage, replication and spread very easily, so that the publishing industry there is a new trend that e-Publish. However, the resulting problems caused by piracy and copyright disputes have become an increasingly serious social problem. At present almost all the new media industry out of books, video, audio and other original documents are in digital form, but in the final hurdle for the market, they must be actually integration, but not to digital in the end, lead to such situation for many reasons, and copyright protection of digital products is one of the most important bottlenecks. Therefore, image, audio, video and other multimedia content protection is an urgent need to address the problem. Digital watermarking technology as a security authentication and copyright protection technology that in a more effective solution, has aroused widespread concern around the world on digital watermarking research community rapid increase in military industry has on the digital watermarking technology had a strong interest.In recent years, digital watermarking technology has a rapid development framework in terms of watermark, the algorithm, from the attack to assess the model, all aspects of innovation and progress are emerging, such as springing up in general. Nevertheless, the digital watermarking technology is still at an immature stage, then contending in this environment, the establishment of a comprehensive system of digital watermarking standard is imminent.In view of standardization for digital watermarking technology development and promotion of the importance of China’s digital publishing industry and the current digital watermarking has not been standardized, this paper by digital watermarking systems, and digital publishing industry requirements for digital watermarking in-depth study, a set of digital publishing watermark standardized model, the compatibility of different algorithms, the watermarking technology from theory to practical application of evidence-based.This digital publication from the requirements of the watermarking system, the digital watermarking protocol standard, digital watermarking and digital watermarking standard evaluation criteria published in four areas to develop digital watermarking standard model.In the first, the digital watermarking system requirements, this article will combine domestic and foreign demand digital publishing organizations and alliances to establish a standardized model to arrive at a suitable for our digital watermarking system requirements for the publishing industry standard.
