Passive components with nonlinear produce will lead to the passive intermodulation (PIM) when high-power multi-channel signal carried into it. With the rapid development of modern mobile communication system, it is require hi-quality, low-passive intermodulation components, also, the study of passive intermodulation in recent years has also become a hot issue in the industry. Based on the mechanism of the passive intermodulation, and the passive intermodulation measurement system, this thesis gives the designing of the RF devices of the passive intermodulation measurement system which based on the IEC62037document. Mechanism of passive intermodulation is given and the composition of the passive intermodulation measurement system. The separations of RF components are given into the signal transmission and signal reception system, with the help of simulation software such as HFSS, ADS, the research and development on the RF performance of the corresponding components is conducted. Again, for the corresponding key system indicators, from the high-frequency-stability and high-amplitude-stability of the RF devices, the design and development is conducted. The conclusion is given by debugging and measurement:the components to achieve the design specifications and the system have high performance and high reliability.The main researches content of this thesis is divided into the following:1. Introduces the concept of passive intermodulation significance, and passive intermodulation test system, summary of PIM generation mechanism.2. The various components of the signal transmission system and the signal receiving system is designed and optimized, the key indicators of the various parts is researched and designed, and simulation and measurement results is given.3. Based on PIC16F193X series microcontroller, combined with the DAC function, the design of digital phase-locked-loop, attenuator, in order to achieve precise control of frequency and amplitude. Overall, this thesis from the passive intermodulation generation mechanism, combined with knowledge of microwave and digital circuit, the design and development of the RF components through of mobile communication frequent-band passive intermodulation measurement system. Through simulation and actual measurement, the performance of the individual component in the system to meet design requirements, the system is also used in the production of passive intermodulation test practice, operation stably.
