Human beings are visual animals whose vision are limited. How to imitate and extend humanity’s perception area is now the key point of the computer vision research. And the3-D measuring technique is an important branch of the computer vision. It has been widely used in production, medicine and culture. In the3-D measurement technology, structure have become the first choice for its non-contact, high velocity, easy to realize and so on. The structure light technology mainly has two kinds:coding method and phase method. The principle of coding structure light method is simply intuitive (encoding and decoding), but it needs to carry on interpolation processing after decoding. It is easy to lose the details of the object contour. The phase method can continuously reappear the details of object contour, but the process of unwrapping phase is complicated, which easily makes mistakes. This article unifies these two kinds of methods, proposes an encoding method based on the RGB channel, and realize the3-D contour reconstruction of the tested object through experiment.The paper mainly includes the following aspects:First of all, a mathematical model based on grating projection method to implement the3-D reconstruction of object is established, and through analyzing of the model, we get two keys of this method for reconstruction:phase detection and phase unwrapping.Secondly, we discuss a new phase method:adaptive asynchronous phase method. Compared to the traditional methods, this one is simple, easy to implementation, and has a certain function of anti-noise. The simulation experiments show the feasibility of the method.Thirdly, this paper discusses unwrapping phase algorithm based on the RGB channel coding. The traditional method is based on a mathematical constraint conditions, which is complex and has large amount of calculation. And the proposed method is simple, intuitive, and only needs one grating projection map through the Debruijn sequence for each cycle area directly coding and decoding, which makes it possible to realize the dynamic reconfiguration.Finally, we set up an experimental platform, and make a3-D reconstruction experiment using a little monkey.
