While standing on the software developer’s point of view, before of the beginning projects formally, they should set up the environment, including installation of the operating system and integrated development environment, and some relation plugs, and so on. A system is needed to meet the both developer and sharers’need. Now, internal open-source culture is increasingly strong, building a platform as a tool center has become very necessary and urgent.Among the developing of the entire system itself, a large series of open-source tools will be used to develop and support the system’s running platform. With the development of distributed computing, cloud computing technology continues to spread and becomes much more mature. We use a distributed cluster to store and analyze vast amounts of log data for the system, thus providing load balancing functionality. Third-party packages are also used to create the index and split the statement into word, finally an available solution is provided for the establishment of the full-text index.This article briefly describes the tool center system server-side database design, detailed expositions of the J2EE server-side of the design, as well as Eclipse plug-in development process. The project follows the principles of structured developed software refactoring as the benchmark, using software engineering methods to achieve a software system. Through the design and implementation of this system, I was skilled to master the internet company’s internal software development methods, development process and technical details.The main product of this project is the tool system, the release of the tool platform. The platform provides a convenient way for software developers to build environment. In the system design processing, we use the server and the client module to implement a tool platform. The system provided to users give a rich the interface and operating platform, by taking advantage of search methods for full-text search, which is very easy to look up and use for users.
