| The material propertiers Ultrasonic is a science for the detection of the defect, the measurement of geometric characteristics and the changes of organizational structure. There are three main aipects of application in the industrial field,as ultrasonic testing, ultrasonic thickness measurement, ultrasonic measurement of the spheroidization rate. They have important applications in the field of industrial process, aerospace, and military defense. In recent years the rapid development of the32-bit ARM processors, FPGA, high-speed DSP hardware technology and embedded software have provide full technical support for them.This issue is to develop an integrated non-destructive testing instruments with the function of ultrasonic flaw detection, thickness measurement, and measuring the spheroidization rate. We can switch the three functions to meet different needs in properworking conditions freely.The main work is as follows:(1) Design and implement the circuit blocks of the ultrasonic excitation signal based on principle of high-voltage negative pulse.(2) Design and implement the circuit blocks of the signal amplification circuit based on the characteristics of the receiving ultrasonic signals which is adjustable band, adjustable gain and low noise.The DA converter reversecontrol circuit and the AD conversion circuit with the highest sampling frequencies up to100M.(3) Design and implement the thermocouple circuit module.(4) Design and implement the functions of pre-data processing, dual-port RAM cachedata and external key handling with FPGA.(5) Finish the flow-driven design ofthe underlying hardware circuit and the upper application software interface designwith ARM9platform which is to run wince6.0embedded operating system.The ultrasonic multi-functional material properties measurement instruments is made up of the hardware and software modules above all. The results meet the design requirements after the standard test. |
