With the rapid development of computer networks, applications of Internet technologies are becoming increasingly popular in various fields, especially with the office automation technology extensively applied to e-government and e-commerce, electronic document has been gradually replaced traditional paper documents, amd become the most important medium of information transmission. Due to the openness and breadth of the Internet, it becomes increasingly prominent about the security issues of using electronic documents. In complex network environments, it becomes the bottleneck that how to effectively guarantee the authenticity, the integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation of the electronic document by using the office automation technology in e-government and e-commerce. So how to effectively ensure that digital information security in the field of office automation that has become a hotspot and difficulty in current research.The paper further researches public key infrastructure (PKI) and digital watermarking technology, the PKI-based cryptography is now considered as possible option to guatantee the information security, it provides services such as authentication, secure information transmission, non-repudiation through digital certificates and digital signature technology. In this paper, the design of the electronic signature system is a security system based on PKI for effective protection of electronic documents, as a software product, the electronic signature system is widely used in the field of office automation. When the authenticity, integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation of the electronic signature system are guaranteed, the system itself also requires copyright protection. In order to prevent illegal counterfeiting of signature images and guarantee normal use of the authorized usersThis paper may solve related problem by using digital watermarking technology.The main innovative work of this paper includes following:(1) This paper proposes a multi-certified electronic signature system model based on hardware and software technology combined by PKI, digital watermarking and USBKey smart devices. Based on this model, the electronic signature system is designed to ensure the safe of the authorized users.(2) This paper presents a project based on GIF digital watermarking technology. And it emphatically introduces Gif-Shuffle algoritm. According to application requirements, this paper proposed an improved scheme aimed at Gif-Shuffle algoritm. Finally it elaborates the process of application to the electronic signature systems.(3) This paper developes some function module, such as stamp signature, keywords signature. And these functions are applied to the electronic signature system which has greatly increases applied range of the system.
