Fuzzy control is a kind of advanced intelligent control method, in recent years,many control problems are widely used, especially for those with complex control inindustrial control process and has strong nonlinear, uncertain, or even unable toestablish the precise mathematical model of the system effectively and accuratelycontrol. Moreover, PLC technology is constantly developing, more and more PLCprovides suitable for a variety of intelligent control programming method, solvedsimply by PID control is difficult to meet the control requirement of the problem,show huge advantage, therefore the fuzzy control with PLC research is a hot topic ofcurrent research. This paper is to study the percussive reverse circulation drilling inthe fuzzy control system, in the domestic engineering driller control field of few suchstudies.This paper combined with the fuzzy control theory, fuzzy control was discussedthe present situation and development of fuzzy control, describes the mathematicalbasis, focuses on the fuzzy control application in PLC problem; secondly, analysis ofthe drilling rig working process, made clear our task of control is the problem ofweight lifting rig, and control process need to detect whether the arrival of bottomhammer this problem, using a novel detection technology, through the detection ofsteel wire rope tension to determine the position of the hammer; again, the controlsystem need some hardware for the corresponding design and improvement, prolongits service life, such as current amplifying circuit, if using the switch power, life islimited, we adopt the contactless current, which greatly reduces the failure rate; finally,we studied the man-machine interface in the control system of the application, the useof the touch screen can reduce the difficulty of the operation, enhance the ease of use,and combined with the characteristics of control system, the use of existing equipmentsimulation of drill rig, operational environment, were in control system simulationexperiment, the control system is possible.The design and research of this paper, in the mechanical engineering in theapplication of the intelligent control algorithm combined with PLC is feasible, can achieve very good control effect, to reduce the oscillation, improve work efficiencyhas a great help.
