Time delay systems exist widely in real word.The existence of time-delay isone of the important reasons cause the deterioation of system performance or evencause untable.Its existence makes the synthesis and analysis of systems becomemore and more complex.Because of the actual system are always not linearsystems,so the systems with uncertarnty are closer to the actual system.It moreaccturately reflect the stability of actual systems and other performance of systemsby studying the uncertain system with time-delay.So it has theoretical and practicalsignificance for the study of uncertain time-delay systems.This paper studies uncertain syetems with time-delay.Based on Lyapunovstability theory,using linear matrix inequalities (LMI) approach,the stability androbust control problem of uncertain systems with time-delay have beenstudied.Including research about robust stability criteria for neutral uncertaintime-varying delays systems with nonlinear perturbations,robust controller designmethod for uncertain time delay sysytems with nonlinear perturbation,robust H∞controller method for a class uncertain time delay system.In charpter one,introduce the robust control background,research progress,theoretical and practical significance of the reseach for uncertain time-delay systems;In charpter two,introduce basis of theoretical knowledge,concept and lemma inresearch of uncertain tme-delay system required;In charpter three,we study thestability of uncertain neutral delay system with nonliear disturbance,based onLyapnov second method using convex combination of technology,obtained lessconservative time-delay dependent criterion,At last,the charpter explain correctnessand effectiveness of the conclusion through Matlab numerical simulation;In charpterfour,the problem of robust control for uncertain time-delay systems with nonlinearperturbations are investigated,have obtained new robust controller in terms of linearmatrix inequalities(LMI).In chapter five,discusses the problem of robust H∞controlfor a class of uncertain systems with time-delay systems and obtains LMI-basedsuffieint condtions satisfy H∞performance.All the above results extend and developthe existing work. In the end,closing remarks conclude this paper and put forward the vision for thefuture work.
