Aspect-oriented technology is a complement to object-oriented technology, which is a good solution to the phenomenon of scattered and tangled code existing in the object-oriented technology. It takes the method of separation of concerns for system, to achieve the modularizations of core functionality and non-functional concerns. It improves the readability and understandability of the system. At the same time, it is effective in reducing the degree of coupling between the system modules and greatly improves the reusability of the system. Aspect-oriented technology is to analyze the problem through the separation of concerns, realization of concerns and the combination of concerns. It solves some of the problems inherent in the object-oriented, is a very effective new technology.Petri net is an effective tool for modeling and analysis in the distributed and parallel systems. It is very easy to describe the system in order, concurrency, conflict, and synchronization relations. Petri nets, not only can be used to describe the static structure, but also clearly expressed the dynamic behavior of the system. It has a graphical expressive power, but also mathematical methods combining in-depth analysis modeling of complex systems. Time-related Petri nets can be the time factor to consider the performance of the system in the time scale into the inner essential practical significance.The time characteristics of the real-time system can be discrete time or continuous time; it also can be determinate time or indeterminate time; it also can be random time or fuzzy time; it can even be used to express spatial information. Analysis and modeling of the time factor are direct impacts for the reliability and the security of systems.You can define the aspect-oriented Petri nets with the idea of aspect-oriented and Petri net. For the time characteristics of real-time systems, we can use aspect-oriented Petri net to analyze its various sub-time, and then combines them into a new Petri net. This method which is able to combine the advantages of aspect-oriented and Petri net is a key research direction of our modeling.Cyber-Physical System is the main contents of this paper. It involves the interaction of the physical world and the world of information, which is an intelligent, complex and heterogeneous system. Taken in this paper is to use aspect-oriented time Petri net to the analysis and modeling of CPS. First, Petri net and aspect-oriented technology combined come to an aspect-oriented Petri net, and then to analyze the temporal characteristics, By summing up the discrete-time, continuous-time random times and fuzzy time of real-time characteristics of the system modeling, also a function of time to express spatial information, and then woven into all aspects of a complete system model, and finally introduced smart cars driving through the traffic lights instance.
