With the rapid development of the cloud computing technology, there appeared a new type of application pattern operating system, the network operating system. The network operating system can be described as, through the virtualization technology and modern network technology, it extends the traditional operating system functionality to the network side, the terminal side and network side together in a unified framework for computing, resource allocation, scheduling and management, which makes the network operating system can fully and rationally using and sharing network inside the system resources to maximize the utilization of the resource.Task scheduling technology is one of the key technologies of the network operating system, it is very important for the stable operation of the network operating system platform. The network operating system task scheduling technique allocate the task to a reasonable node according to the load conditions of each computing node in the current platform which can achieve full and balanced use of system resources. In this paper, we analyze the traditional task scheduling algorithm and the task scheduling algorithm in the cloud computing environment. In addition, we propose a new task scheduling mechanism for the network operating system- a dynamic feedback and balanced distribution mechanism for the virtual resources of the network-oriented operating system. Besides, we build a experimental environment and finish the simulation experiment. By the experimental results, the mechanism and algorithm presented in this paper have very good results on both the resource utilization and the stability of the system platform.
