The current social, with the development of drug manufacturing and industrial chemicals,the main source of drugs is the original extract of plant cultivation become the aorganicsynthesis.Precursor to gradually replace the traditional drug manufacturing industry withthe primary system murderous segment,In our country, the Gas detection system always beused by experimental test. Focused on test a single sample material, there is no applicationAchievements in the face of a variety of mixed unknown substance。In now days, The mature research methods based on gas sensor array for detection ofunknown gas, The principle of this system is used the different sensors on a single materialwith different result,Make a sensor array with multiple sensors. Treatment of the unknown gasdetection, it can extract multi-dimensional measurement data, Used pattern recognitionalgorithms to identify class of this gas. In practical applications, this method can test andidentify a single unknown gas, but on multi-material gas mixture test this system don’t have agood result. In the test, the result of sensors will be disturbed between the gas mixture. It makea tremendous impact on the measurement results, reducing the detection accuracy.In this paper, by studying of traditional gas measurements for a variety of mixed,Design a volatile organic gas detection system based on chromatographic separation andsensor array. Used chromatography separation achieve separation of the mixture, and then takethe sample to detect used the sensor array. Achieve this mixed gas detection by complementarycharacteristics of the sensors. This paper mainly describes the structure and gas line hardwarepart of the design, Focus on description of a sample of sampling, separation and testingprocess. Chromatography and sensor selected by the combination of experimental andtheoretical, and independent design of the sensor signal acquisition boards, Final experiment toverify the various modules in the design.
