With the improvement of people’s living standards, the growing demand of the glass bottles isbecoming more and more, whereas China’s bottle-making machine industry exists generallyenterprises mall in scale, low levels of production and poor quality of product, In order to increase themarket competitiveness, improving bottle-making machine production technology has become thepresent urgent task..Looking to bottle-making machine technology developments in recent years, determinant bottle-making machine has become the development trend. The control system of bottle-making machinemainly consists of three parts: upper machine, electronic timing system and synchronous controlsystem.. This paper mainly studies the synchronous control technology. The so-called synchronizationcontrol, is to make these processes, including the feeding machine, feeder, toggling machine andconveying machine, always maintain a fixed phase difference relative to the same reference in theoperation process. However, because the bottle-making machine synchronous control system is a longsampling period control system, the existing synchronous control exists some problem, including longadjusting time and big waste quantity. Therefore, the virtual sampling control ideas are put forwardbased on Kalman filtering, and combined with PID control, the system greatly shorten the regulationtime, and heighten the capacity of disturbance resisting.The main work of this paper includes: Firstly, the overall scheme of bottle-making machinecontrol system is given on the basis of demand analysis of bottle-making machine; Secondly, in-depthanalysis and study of the synchronization control algorithm based on Kalman filtering and virtualsampling; Thirdly, to design the PIC MCU as the core of the synchronous control system hardwarecircuit; and finaly, according to foreground and background program design approach, complete thesynchronous control system software, combined with synchronization control algorithm proposed bythe thesis, debug the system and analyze the results.The practice shows that, synchronization control system presented by the thesis obtain goodcontrol effect, improve system speed and stability, and greatly shorten the amount of waste products.
