In recent years, as advances in computer graphics technology, computer virtualsimulation study increasingly widespread application in special effects film, militarysimulation, online games and other fields. Which, due to the interaction of liquid and solidexisting the problems of slow and the simulation results are not true, so the simulation ofliquid and solid interaction becomes a challenging subject in the virtual simulation field.First, building a simulation of liquid and solid interaction framework by using SPHmethod, analyzing the method of simulation fluid which based on the Lagrangianmesh-free method, and further analyzing the method which based the mesh-free SPHmethod to simulate fluid. Through summarizing advantages and disadvantages of themesh-free method, building a framework by using SPH method to simulate the interactionof liquid and solid.Secondly, expanding the SPH method to simulating the interaction of liquid and solid.When using the extended SPH method to simulate liquid-solid interaction, the solidparticles as part of the liquid particles to simulation, reducing the amount of computation.The liquid particles’acceleration was obtain from the N-S equation. Updating the positionand velocity of the liquid particles by using the standard Leap-Frog Verlet algorithm. Inthe process of interaction, using the rotation matrix to control the shape of the solid.Proposing a searching method by using the list to search the nearest neighbor particles.Then, optimizing the SPH extension methods. Analyzing the best constructionmethods of the smooth function. Calculating the related numerical calculation of the SPHmethod such as the artificial viscosity and the physical viscosity, the smooth length, theparticle interaction, boundary treatment and artificial compression ratio ,and then find thebest practices and the most reasonable value. Using the Marching Cubes algorithm forrendering water to generating the real results water surface.Finally, we build a liquid-solid interactive 3D modeling system and design theexperiments of the liquid-solid interaction and analysis the experimental results. Weimplement the interaction of the liquid particles and different shapes of the solid, we alsomake the simulation of liquid-solid interaction of different number of particles come true by using the above-mentioned method. In this paper, the extended SPH method increasethe calculation efficiency and the real effectiveness of the simulation, it has a certain effectof exploring the fluid simulation study fields.
