In recent years, with the revitalization of Chinese local economy and foreign business,the loading and unloading of dangerous cargos grows every year. Due to the potentialrisks of those dangerous tasks, a successful monitoring work is closely related to thepublic safety of the city as well as the ports. On request of the Qinhuangdao Port andshipping authority, this project focuses on developping an integrated system for thedeclaration and approval of dangerous goods, using the most advanced informationtechnology to realize the reporting, approval, quering, collecting statistics and otherfunctions of the entire online system operation.From the dangerous cargos approval system, this paper mainly researches two aspects:the first one focuses on the designing model theory, researches deeply on the MVC[14]andthe proxy pattern; the other one aims at the the 3-D diagram which adopt the basic theoryof WEB-based 3D visualization, based on the target system’s chart requirements,constructing the 3D chart engine, and developing the 3D showing modal using the engine.First, the paper carries out a research on the actual business needs of theQinhuangdao Port and Shipping Authority of dangerous cargos online approval system,determines the requirements of modules, research directions, the objective and the relatedtheory foundation on basis of the research. And identified ASP.NET with the flashplatform as the developing platform.Second, with the requirements for the system architecture, the paper analyzes theMVC pattern and expands. The paper greatly improved multi-party approval of a logicaldata consistency and instantaneity of the original proxy mode, and the results couldsuccessfully applied to the system.Third, the paper introduces research on the 3D charting engine, and puts forward apacket sequencing strategy based on viewpoint transformation in order to increase thesurface ordering efficiency of 3D rendering’s. A Blueprint method of detecting mouseevents is brings up also .Finally, the paper describes the practical application of each module of the systemdevelopment process as well as the appeals theoretical results on system in detai.
