With the rapid growth of demand for wireless communication, the spectrumresources become increasingly scarce. Cognitive radio technology is regarded as anintelligent wireless communication technology which can alleviate the spectrum scarcityand improve the spectrum utilization rate. Spectrum sensing and allocation are two keytechnologies in cognitive radios. In this paper, in order to improve the utilization rate ofthe spectrum, artificial intelligence optimization algorithm-based cognitive radio spectrumcooperative sensing and allocation model is studied.Firstly, on the basis of summing up the research status of cognitive radio technology,the existing spectrum sensing methods and allocation mechanisms are analyzed. A newscheme which uses artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm to solve the optimizationquestions of spectrum sensing and allocation is proposed.Secondly, a modified artificial bee colony (MABC) algorithm is proposed byintegrating ABC algorithm and genetic algorithm. Cognitive radio spectrum cooperativesensing based on a modified artificial bee colony algorithm is presented by integrating thefeasible solution of MABC algorithm and the inertia weight of fusion center in spectrumcooperative sensing model, which can obtain the optimal allocation weight. Thesimulation results show that the program can effectively overcome the disadvantage of thelow detection probability in the existing cooperative spectrum sensing approach, and thusimprove the perceived performance of the cognitive radio system.Finally, on the condition of idle spectrum resources obtained by the technology ofspectrum sensing, spectrum allocation mechanism based on a dynamic acceleratepopulation adaptive artificial bee colony (DA-PA-ABC) algorithm is proposed in order toachieve reasonable allocation of idle spectrum resources. A DA-PA-ABC algorithm isobtained by introducing the dynamic accelerate factor and improving the selection methodof the next generation population in the ABC algorithm. This can not only enhancesearching ability, but also improve convergence speed. In the processing of spectrumallocation, the feasible solution of the DA-PA-ABC algorithm corresponding with theallocation matrix, the optimal allocation matrix can be obtained. The simulation results show that the spectrum allocation based on the DA-PA-ABC algorithm can achieve highnetwork benefits and ensure the fairness of users.
