Process tomographic imaging technology is almost 20 years to rapidly develop a two phase flow parameters testing of high and new technology, among them ERT and ECT are two of the most representative process tomographic imaging technology, because the structure is simple, non-invasive, low cost, wide range of application etc, and has become a process topographic imaging technology research hot spot. No matter in ERT system or a ECT system, how to improve imaging speed and precision is the key, In order to improve the quality of the image, this paper puts forward the idea of image fusion. Information fusion technology has become an important option. This paper will further analysis of the two topographic imaging technology principle, and report two techniques in a different mode and different drive mode fusion technology research. The main contribution of this paper is as follows:1) Based on fuzzy clustering of different modal electrical imaging fusion method thought, that is based on the same scene we often can use two or more imaging mode, such as ERT and ECT is two kinds of sensors, different mode electrical imaging can often be complementary to each other, and all sorts of imaging model of image features more integration, can get a higher resolution of the image.2) Based on the fuzzy clustering and evidence theory to fuse different incentive model of the same sensor such as based on ERT may have two incentive mode, namely the neighboring incentive model and of the opposite incentive model. In order to realize the image fusion and improve the quality of the integration, this paper also puts forward a new fusion method, namely the D-S evidence theory. This method adopts fuzzy clustering effectively determine the key mass function values of evidence theory, automatically get the fusion image of high resolution.3) In this article, I adopt the comsol simulation software to simulate ERT and ECT system, and use the simulation data obtained to develop the image reconstruction in the Matlab. The experimental results include the following two aspects: one is based on the different ERT incentive mode that neighboring incentive and of the incentive of fusion between, at the same time also on a variety of incentive model of the effect of the image reconstruction are compared, and the various incentive mode that the two electrodes adjacent as inspiration in the case of the electrode image reconstruction of the best effect. the other is to ERT and ECT two different image sensor fusion, due to the scope of application ERT and ECT different, ERT requirements tested object is conductive fluid, ECT requirements the tested object is unconductive fluid, the difference of the measuring principle made the complementary between ERT and ECT, because in practical application, the mixed fluid of the conductive fluid and the unconductive fluid is universal, so the fusion between ERT and ECT is very necessary.
