With the continuous development of Internet technology and the continuous popularity of its use, more and more people run into the virtual network world. In recent years, the popularity began to barter-based e-commerce sites, has been a growing number of Internet users love.This paper firstly elaborated the background and research purposes of the Barter, and then, it analyzes the advantages of the way of barter and the development of domestic and international status of such websites.In the part of system analysis, after passed through the detailed feasible proof, the system described in detail the needs analysis, given the system function modules analysis and use case descriptions, as well as part of system activity diagrams.In the part of system design, this paper designed a part of the sequence diagram for use case and system architecture, database design was completed, in addition to a systematic design of input and output.In the part of system implement, the paper detailed information on system development technology, and the interface and display which used by the system after the end of the procedure are summarized.
