The management and control to the functional modules in the way of independent partition are to achieve maximized guarantee of the features of stable operation and feasible functional expansion of the system platform.This article is based on the plug-in managing feature of the plug-in firewall, and also emphasizes the development of plug-in functional module aimed at such specific users as hotels, net bars, schools and neighborhood. With the analysis of the needs of network application in kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises, the development of plug-in module of various flow control template is to feasibly solve such practical problems as P2P flow control and the internet flow management of users. Based on local authentication technology, the development of network billing plug-in modules is to meet the network billing needs of various enterprises, and to generally manage the specific internet users and control their needs.
