The theory of compression sensing brought the revolutionary for modern signalprocessing field, The new theory can be widely used in many fields This paper will beintroduced the basic theory of compressed sensing, after this we will Focuses on thetheory of introduced this theory into digital holographic imaging fields and bring someimprovement In this field for reconstruction algorithm.First of all, this paper proved the reconstruction of some classical algorithm. On thebasis of the traditional algorithm this paper made a series of improvement in the algorithm. After pretreatment images, we proved that this method really have effective improvementin the signal for the reconstruction of the quality. And through the treatment processingimages block processing methods to reduce the reconstruction process consumed of time.Due to the picture compared with the original has reduced, so it could reduce the relativetime in reconstruction.Secondly, this paper has brought the theory of compressed sensing into the field ofdigital hologram reconstruction. After that, this paper combined the foundation theory ofoptical and signal processing, Based on these theory the paper improved the algorithmmethod by using the new theory of compressed sensing. The result shows that the newmethod performance well in the experiment. After of all, the purpose of this research is to search the methods of improving thequality of reconstruction image based on the principle of hologram recording andnumerical reconstruction in detail. In order to realize the reversible measurement of thedigital hologram, the compressed sensing is employed to reconstruct a three-dimensionalobject in the sparse constraints. The computer simulation is conducted, and its results arecompared with traditional convolution algorithm simulation. The results show that thetheory of compressed sensing reconstruction based on the results of convolution has thefollowing advantages compared with the conventional method: (1) achieving a zeroorder-image, conjugate image, and removal of edge artifacts without the filter oftraditional off-axis digital holographic reconstruction; (2) achieving a good focus of the reconstruction when the object is placed in different positions.
