With the extensive application of the control system, its safety became problems. As the key component of the control system, the reliability of micro-controller is also experiencing the test. In order to ensure the security of the entire system, the micro- controller security technology has become a hot topic.In this paper, a design of high reliability micro-controller which has safety perfor- mance, small volume and control-oriented features is proposed based on application background and packaging technology of this chip. With analysis on traditional micro-controller attack mean and protective measure, the architecture of high reliability micro-controller used in the security control field is introduced. This high reliability micro-controller compatible instruction system and addressing way of 51 Series signal chip microcomputer, and add security auxiliary module in original structure. It encrypts and decrypts instructions using the DES algorithm, which is designed to flow structure realized by hardware circuit, speeding up the rate of algorithm and improving the safety of the instructions. Bus control module in this architecture is designed to protect the data in RAM, improving the random access data security. RNG module uses high-speed clock driver, in random sequence generation process, can produce redundant power consumption, and play a security role in non-invasive attack on micro-controller.The simulation results prove that this micro-controller realizes the high reliability storage security mechanisms, including program storage and data storage, and can effectively resist the invasive attacks and the non-invasive attacks.
